Enhancements to Advance Payment/Deposit Report (Dynamic)

The Advance Payment/Deposit report (Dynamic) has been enhanced to display records based on the arrival and departure dates of reservations that contain an advance payment/deposit.

Previously, records were displayed based on the payment date of the advance payment/deposit.

To support this enhancement, a new single-select drop-down list, View By, has been added as a report generation parameter that displays the following options:

• Stay Dates: When selected, transactions are filtered based on the reservation's arrival and departure dates that fall within the selected date range.

• Payment Dates: When selected, transactions are filtered based on the date the payment was made. Reservations with payment dates that fall within the selected date range will be displayed.
